We know you expect convenience, security, and privacy from your payment experiences. To meet your expectations, we make the following privacy commitments to you:
GCC does not sell your personal information. We share information, such as when we process payments, provide services to your card issuer, prevent fraud or with your consent.
We only use personal information for defined, appropriate purposes. In addition to operating one of the world’s largest electronic payments networks, we provide authentication, fraud management, loyalty, consulting and data processing services. We also create data products that give our clients insights into their business performance. These products contain data that is de-identified to protect your privacy.
We adhere to the highest legal standards everywhere we operate. We are subject to virtually every privacy and security law, and we understand that we must comply with all of them.
Our commitments are backed by rigorous assessments. Our Privacy Program is built on a comprehensive controls framework to support testing and independent auditing. All GCC employees are trained on privacy and security. We also invest heavily in cybersecurity to protect the personal information in our systems and prevent attacks on our networks.
Refund Policy
Pursuant to all contracts refund is listed and defined. Prior to funds are allocated, GCC and client agree to the draw schedule. Thus, making all charges final, Client also agrees to wave rights to chargebacks. Refunds are possible once both parties visit arbitration.
